I am a Cornwall Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative. I am licensed by the Province of Ontario and I am authorized to trade in real estate anywhere within its borders.

With Cornwall being the place I call home, it was only natural for me to select this city as my principle place of business...although as stated earlier, I can help you anywhere in Ontario.

As your Cornwall real estate agent, I will be able to help you with any type of real estate related questions or concerns.

About Your Cornwall Real Estate Agent

Born out of province, my family moved to Cornwall when I was under 1 year of age. I was raised here in Cornwall and have remained here through adulthood.

After high school, I then spent some time at our local St. Lawrence College followed by a short career in construction. Following that, I spent the next 13 years in a junior management position with my key objective being to serve customer needs both internally and externally. As a result, I am well trained in identifying clients' needs and I know how to put those needs first!

Today, I am married and am now raising my own four children right here in Cornwall.

When my wife and I decided to purchase our first home, we chose a small modest bungalow in the North end of town close to where I was raised. I knew the area well and thought it was a good place for us to start out and raise our two kids at that time.

We quickly outgrew the home in a few short years and then sold it for something a little bit bigger. Our family then grew some more over the next several years with the birth of our two youngest daughters....so we packed up and moved one last time.

For many years I thought about what it would be like to have a career as a Cornwall real estate agent.  Would it allow me to spend more time with my family?  This is important to me and I wanted something that would allow me to attend all of the various school functions, doctors appointments and stay at home sick days that naturally come with having children.

I've always had an interest in the investment side of real estate and as a result I have read many books on the subject.  So after some serious consideration and research, I decided to jump into the educational portion with both feet and I haven't looked back since.  I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made in my adult life.

So that was it, I had decided to become a Cornwall real estate agent.

Talk about a shock to the system!!

There is nobody to tell you to get up and go to work in the morning. There is also nobody there to hand you a paycheck at the end of the week either!

It takes plenty of discipline and lots of planning in order to juggle family, work, appointments and everything else that comes with this lifestyle change.....but I have no regrets about my choice to become a Cornwall real estate agent.

As we all know and surely agree, real estate is a business based on building relationships.

About CornwallRealEstateInfo.com

I'm building this website because I feel most REALTORS® are not doing business correctly on the Internet. I've decided to use the web design knowledge that I've learned as a hobby over the last few years to build this website on my own.

I've learned as well that when it comes to real estate, the so-called web gurus will tell you that the money is in the list. They recommend that you collect personal information such as names, email addresses and phone numbers so that you can contact your visitors. In my experience, I've found that most website forms used to collect such information usually result with a lot of 555-5555 numbers and made up names and email addresses and in my opinion, to implement such forms on my website would be a big waste of time.

NOTE: The only such forms you will find on this website are there only to allow me to provide specific information that you request from me....not for the information already provided within the pages of this website.

I'm sure that you as well as most of the people you know hate it when sales people call upon you with their "Sales Pitch", so I've decided not to design the typical real estate website. I've decided instead that if I were researching real estate, I would not want to be required to provide my personal information just to get to the information I was after.

Building the type of website that I am building takes a lot of effort but in the end, I know that it will be more valuable to my visitors if I build it around information with the intent on educating rather than building a contact list. I also know that this will help me to build more credibility into my business.

If you like what you see or even dislike something for that matter, please reward my efforts by sharing your feedback with me. I'm always open to suggestions and ideas to better this site.

While you're here, feel free to research all you want. I do not require any registration for the information provided here. If you like what you read, share with others and please call upon me to allow me a chance to earn your business as your Cornwall real estate agent when you are ready to buy or sell your property.

Above all else, have fun!
Moe

Many in the bigger cities work in teams as do some Sales Reps right here in our very own City.  The issue with teams is that often you rarely get to deal directly with your selected agent, and sometimes you never even get to meet them in person.

Although I do work with some partners myself from time to time, I can assure you that your decision to hire me as your Cornwall real estate agent means that you will be dealing directly with me from start to finish.  I only rely on my partners to support me in certain situations such as illness or vacation time.

So in order to become a REALTOR®, like all sales reps I was required by law to complete an extensive education program before being licensed by the Province of Ontario. There are also ongoing educational requirements that I must now meet every year for the rest of my career.

Like any other new career, it takes time to learn the ins and outs and to build confidence in your knowledge and abilities. I'm not going to bore you by going into all of the training and educational details but the important point I am making here is this assurance to you:

I am 100% confident that I can help you with any of your real estate needs.

I'm sure this confidence shines through in the information I am sharing with you throughout this website, which I am personally building myself.

So at the start of my career, I selected STORM Realty Cornwall as my Brokerage from which to do business from. I had several reasons for making this choice, the first being Management. I have come to know the owner of the company, Steven Iwachniuk, on a personal level and I can truly say that he is one of few people that I have met in my life that genuinely wants to see others succeed.

Of course, my success as a REALTOR® is directly tied to his success, however in dealing with him on a daily basis, I have come to realize that it is never really about him; he is always willing to help us learn how we can do better, be better and how we can succeed in our lives as a whole, not just as a Cornwall Real Estate Agent.

It doesn't really matter what Brokerage I work from however.

You see, most of my past clients that I've asked have told me that they hired me because of my willingness to educate them and to take the time to listen to and understand their needs. They've also expressed their appreciation for my honesty and my "tell it like it is" attitude.

I can manage my business like this from any company that I choose to work from and I can still help you with anything that I could while working from any of the other companies out there.

So that's about it for me. If you want to learn more, check out the "Why Hire Me" page where I try to explain some of the benefits you receive if you decide to hire me as your Cornwall real estate agent.

If you are looking for someone who's up front and honest, someone who won't sugar coat the details and someone who will simply tell it like, then choose me as your Cornwall Ontario Real Estate Agent.
